Refund & Return Policy
All purchases are eligible for store credit or exchange within 15 days of the date the item was purchased.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items are not returnable or refundable.

Furniture Warranty and Return Policy
We warrant our furniture against structural defects for one year after purchase, assuming normal use of the product. A structural defect is a flaw or weakness in the item at the time of purchase that impairs the use of the item for its purpose as designated by Perch Home.
If you want to return a product due to a structural defect, you must email us at help@perchhomeky.com with a full description of the defect and a picture of the furniture showing the defect. We will review your communication and if appropriate, confirm that the piece is covered by our warranty. After that confirmation, you can return the furniture back to our store and we will repair or replace the product.
